I examine connections across time—looking into our individual futures and the collective past. I am a Research Accelerator Fellow and a Kimberly Clark Pre-Tenure Scholar, an Institute for Environmental and Social Responsibility Fellow, a Research Accelerator Fellow, and an Ostrom Workshop Affiliate. Studying connection (and disconnection) across time and space is the reason I entered academia, and my research has been featured in prominent publications such as the Washington Post, Forbes, and The Wall Street Journal.
Before entering academia, I led digital teams as a Managing Producer at the Walt Disney Company and as a Director of Digital Media at Sony Pictures Television. I have a passion for mentoring startups across various industries and work with police departments nationwide. I have received the Xavier Dreze prize and multiple teaching awards, including IU's Trustees Teaching Award.
